Fire-rated Vapour Control Layer

IZOPERM PLUS A2 is a non combustible vapour control layer with an A2-s1,d0 Reaction To Fire classification. This high-performance membrane is designed to protect building elements from degradation by restricting the movement of water vapour from inside the building to within the building structure, thus helping to prevent interstitial condensation. Additionally, it enhances the building fabric in terms of airtightness and energy efficiency, while also providing a high standard of fire performance.

• Reaction to fire classification A2-s1,d0, tested with Partel ECHOSEAL ALU FR adhesive tape to BS EN 13501-1
• Fire rated and suitable for high rise constructions as per current Building Regulations
• Vapour closed with an Sd value of 2000 m
• Vapour resistance 10000 MNs/g
• Airtight with an air permeability value of <0.01 m³/m²·h@50 Pa
• Class W1 resistance to water penetration, to EN1928
• Reflective material with a low emissivity of ≤ 0.05, improves thermal performance by reflecting up to 95% of a building’s interior heat loss
