• Highly effective thinly layered zinc
• Ideal for ground composition or as a stable surface area
• Long term protection against corrosion with additional barrier protection by zinc flakes and nano particles
• For original reconstruction and reparation of damaged zinc phosphate layers, excellent metal primer
• Fast drying; suitable for spot welding and filling over; functions well with PU and MS polymer full forms, can be painted with ordinary store-bought 1K and 2K paint coatings (spot testing before use is recommended)
• Temperature-resistant up to +240 °C
• Drying:
• - dust dry: approx. 15 min
• - touch-proof: approx. 30 min
• - cured: approx. 10-12 h
• - overpaintable: after approx. 12 h

Application:

• The to-be-treated areas must be clean, dry and free from grease and rust
• Shake can well before use for at least 2 min
• Spray and apply a thin layer from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm (1 spraying pass = approx. 20 µm); apply a second layer on metals with higher surface roughness
• Let dry for approx. 5 min in between layers

Zinc flake advantages:

• Even when the zinc flakes move, it does not affect the contact, conductibility and cathodic corrosion protection, because the pigments are densely layered on each other - improved welding properties
• Higher durability against environmental influences thanks to its longer path of diffusion - considerably impedes water and fluid penetration, as the flakes build a highly hydrophobic (water-repellent) surface
• The treated areas are smoother and harder - improved adhesion and higher stability of the coating
